SOLUTION:  HELP for Sex Offender with SEX BEHAVIORAL (PSC) Resource, Therapy

EPIDEMIC:  To prevent Human sex crimes, decrease and distort Sex Human trafficking to Humans. Take a Bad thing and do GOOD without instituting violence, harm, and destruction to humans.

My quest for this solution began in 1967-68 before I went to kindergarten. While listening to the news (George Parrow or Sonny Elliot) with my Great Grandma. I heard a man had "Raked" (raped) a 5yr old girl under the porch on her way to school.  I had many questions. "Why/come he raked her?"  I told Grand ma, "We (she, I, Police, everybody) had to find and KILL him." He hurt her and her face is going to be "MESSED UP for the REST OF HER LIFE

Unites States and communities are becoming pledged with the known and unknown sex crimes and violence.

My 2nd solution is to turn Alcatraz into pedophile island, and sex offenders use survival skills from rations distributed monthly.  I did contact high profile and families of those’d missing at that time with those ideas.

My 3rd Solution, change through INTIMACY HEALTH CARE providing alternative Sex Resources.

PAHRUMP NEVADA had a sub-population of Sex Addict/Offenders there, as well as amongst you all in the U. S. We can provide the first facility there and progress to inner city communities.
